From San Jose by plane - Fly to Quepos regional airport from San Jose and call ahead to be picked up or take a bus from there to Dominical (44 km) on the Costanera Sur road. From San Jose by car - Drive from San Jose or Liberia in your own rented vehicle for greatest freedom and flexibility. During the rainy season a 4-wheel drive is recommended. From San Isidro - take the bus to Dominical (1 hour) and call ahead to be picked up. Alma de Hatillo is located 200m south of the bridge in Hatillo, and is distinguished by a hibiscus hedge at the road facing the ocean. There is a gas station 3 km south on the road to Dominical and a Tico snack bar 1 km north of us.
